The subject of this license is a set of programs Dynamic Solidification Models (BrDSM) for a specific caster for the continuous casting of steel.
By submitting software end user obtains the right to use and dispose of within the provisions set out below. The software and all copyrights to the software is the property of the authors and is protected against copying the Czech Copyright law 121/2000, International treaties and other national laws.
The end user is entitled to make a copy of the software installation files exclusively for security and archiving purposes. The software can be operated without restriction to all end-user computers without restriction.
Software is prohibited in any way modify, include it into other software products and the resulting spread products, transfer the license to another person (other than the acquiring person), rent, lease or otherwise dispose of an unauthorized manner with the software product. Overhead development (reverse engineering), decompiling and dissembling software is not allowed. The transfer must include the last current version (update) and all earlier versions.
The contractor provides a guarantee under the Commercial Code of running a software product in accordance with the user documentation. Responsibility for defects, the contractor can get rid sending free (resp. Direct installation) corrected versions of the end user, at his own expense. This does not apply if failure of the software explained by accident, abuse or misapplication. For the corrected version of the software maker assumes the warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer period.
After the warranty on the operation of the software product, the contractor guarantees for a period of one year free upgrade program product in the development of the system and eliminating minor deficiencies, the end user carries overhead expenses for the cost directly to the provision of related services.
The Contractor shall not be liable for any damages (includes unlimited damages from lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data if necessary. Any other pecuniary loss) caused by the improper operation of the control system in conflict with the terms specified in the user documentation, respectively. caused by the use or inability to use this software, even if the contractor about the possibility of such damages informed.
This license is valid for the conditions of this license agreement.
